“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.
Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.
Last week seems to have flown by and yet again I’ve not taken as many photo’s as I would have liked to. Our days seem to be filled with school runs and grumpiness at the moment. Despite this I still want to capture the little moments of childhood as they are so fleeting after all.
Here are my favourite photo’s from this week.
Jake
Since Daisy went back to school after Christmas Jake hasn’t been himself. He hasn’t wanted to play much and has just wanted to sit with me and watch TV. I was delighted last week when he asked for the play dough, he sat for ages squashing and rolling.
Daisy
Despite having a restless night and feeling a little under the weather Daisy still managed a big cheesy grin at breakfast time. I’ve always been a morning person and I think Daisy has inherited that from me.
Not too much grumpiness here. I hope you will have a good week. #livingarrows
That is a brilliant grin. Hope she’s better now #livingarrows
Sorry they’ve both not really been themselves. LOVE the cheesy grin and Playdough always wins in our house 🙂 x
What a cute little grin, hope they are feeling themselves again soon #LivingArrows
oh look at that cheeky smile!
