“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.
Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.
Daisy
On Saturday we went to The Digital Kids show in Manchester. Despite there not really being much there for kids of Daisy’s and Jake’s age we still managed to have some fun. Daisy was thrilled when we spotted a face painting table and of course chose an Elsa crown. Come bedtime she was reluctant to wash it off, I don’t blame her though it looked gorgeous.
Jake
Jake is never happier than when he has something to construct or build. Since we went to Mattel Play a few weeks ago he’s started asking to watch Bob The Builder all the time. I definitely think he will follow a career in something construction related when he grows up.

That face paint looks absolutely lovely – not surprised she didn’t want to wash it off! #LivingArrows
N is the same – anything with building or logical completion and he’s happy
Ah this looks like a great event and so glad they had fun even though it wasn’t completely age appropriate! x
That is a really pretty face paint – you’d be hard pressed to get me to remove mine haha! #LivingArrows
She certainly appears to be rocking that face paint #LivingArrows
Love the face paint. Daisy looks like a true princes.
