Webster’s Week In Review

I can’t believe it’s August already, where has this year gone ? it will soon be Autumn and that’s the time of the year I love the best, I am much more productive in the last quarter of the year for some reason, anyway here’s what we’ve been up to this week.

We have spent a lot of time in the garden this week making the most of the lovely weather, Daisy loves exploring outside, she is always bringing me her shoes and heading for the door.

Here’s Daisy enjoying chalking outside, the next day she found the chalks and chalked the living room floor, lucky we have wooden floor.

This Little Tikes rocker was our bargain buy of the week, we got it for £5 from a local selling site and it’s like new, Daisy loves it.

I’ve managed a couple of workout’s and have lost a couple of pounds this week so I’m happy with that.

Wednesday was quite a dull rainy day so I decided to bake some scones, they are Chris’s favourite and are so easy to make, you can’t go wrong with a scone.

Most of the week I have been re-organising and sorting the house with Daisy following me un-organising the house, I have a box where I keep the next size up clothes for Daisy and I pulled this coat out that Chris spotted in a sale when Daisy was a few months old, I laughed at him when he bought it as it seemed an age before she would need it, well look at her now.

I have started buying some Christmas presents with the money I won last week, it’s so nice being able to look around for bargains and knowing the money is there ready to spend.

I’ve had my eye on this gorgeous little wooden kitchen for ages and it looked like it would be going out of stock soon as they have brought a new colour out, but I loved it in duck egg blue, so retro.

I also got a few things from Argos as they have a 3 for 2 on toys at the moment, I love being organised and my plan is to have Christmas sorted by the end of October.

That’s all for this week, not very exciting but some weeks are like that.

The new bathroom is being installed from Wednesday I will be glad when it’s finished as I hate the mess it creates, I know it’s worth it in the end though.

Have a good week

Angela xx
