A Week In Review {30.11.2013}

Each Sunday I share a week in review that includes little snippets of our family life, anything fun we have done and any milestones that we reach.

London

I have been super busy since I returned from my prize-winning trip to London. I like to get the house sparkling and have a good sort out before the madness of the festive season begins.

Last Sunday it was my birthday and I was lucky enough to spend the weekend in London. I had never been before and I loved it, which surprised me. I’m usually nervous in big cities but I felt totally at ease and I’m itching to go back again.

Lamb

Daisy insisted on taking her lamb to the park and carried it all the way there.

My cousin very kindly looked after Daisy for the weekend while we stayed in London. I love this picture she took.

Chris and I loved Trafalgar Square. I never realised how rich in history it is. I could have stayed there all day.

Birthday

On Sunday I celebrated my 36th birthday, I got some lovely gifts. There was a theme, owls. I’m mad about owls at the moment.

On Monday my big girl Jess turned 16. She has had a rough few years and we have had our ups and downs but she has come out of the other side now. I’m very proud of her.

I’ve been making the most of my slow cooker as the weather turns colder. There’s nothing better than a warming casserole on a chilly evening. It makes the whole house smell delicious whilst it’s cooking.

If you liked this post be sure to catch up with the last Websters week in review post.
