Beauty On A Budget & Beauty Giveaway

Hi Folks

I’m back with some beauty budget storage buys, a couple of offers that are on at the moment and a nice giveaway for you at the end.

BEAUTY STORAGE ON A BUDGET

With all the great products I have bought lately I found myself needing some storage, I had a look in my local Home Bargains store and found these lovelies.

These plastic storage draws are a nice size for make-up and they fit nicely on my dressing table, they cost Ā£3.99.

These are originally box files but they are fantastic to put larger items in, I have hair care in one and body care in another, they were Ā£1.99 each. I love the print on them too.

I fell in love with this Russian Dolly Make-up bag when I saw it in Poundland , it’s a great size too.

* The Body Shop has an offer on their website at the moment for 40% and Free Delivery over Ā£5, look out for the two fantastic competitions they are running as well.

* Revlon’s Beauty Booth change their giveaway each week, this week they 100 ColorBurst Lip Glosses to giveaway.

*Baobella are a fantastic site who list all the latest beauty giveaway’s, free samples and offers, well worth signing up to.

I have been pampering my hair recently with a good trim and a deep oil treatment at the salon – it was looking and feeling very dry after the sunny Summer! I usually treat myself to a shoulder massage too around now – to get rid of the knots from over the Summer holidays when the kids have been off lol!

  30. September 12, 2013 / 10:50 am

My favourite product and in my opinion any Autumn essential is Vaseline. Its not glamorous or luxurious by far, but its sorely needed when the tingling of chapped lips sets in – I always have a tin, and there are new ones with aloe in too which are delightful alternatives to the bland but handy version.

My way of relaxing is to switch from a shower to a bath – not every day just once a week, when its been especially tough or I need 20 mins to myself. I look out after Christmas / Valentines for fragranced candles as reduced prices and stash them for this time of year (tea lights in the free glasses you get from Nutella spreads are super for this too) – then I run a nice radox bubble bath, cut off the lights and have two candles at the bottom of the bath tub.. ahh heavenly!!

Come Autumn I do my best to ensure I moisturise skin frequently. As weather tends to dry out skin. I make sure I have lip balm to hand, to avoid chapped lips. These items do make a difference, are essentials for me at this time of years. Therefore my favourite as help me look and feel good.
