    Brush your teeth, gums, and especially your tongue every day. Use a tongue scraper to remove bacteria and food debris.
    Clean in between your teeth every day. Accumulation of bacteria and food products remaining for prolonged periods of time will not only cause bad breath but will also contribute to inflammation.
