It’s no secret that we love to get crafty and creative at our house. Most weekends and even some evenings are jam-packed with one project or another. Daisy recently got to combine her love of dolls and creativity when she was sent the new Lalaloopsy Spot Splatter Splash doll. She was also sent some extra goodies to help her get creative.

Lalaloopsy were once ordinary rag dolls who magically came to life when their last stitch was sewn. Each cute character has its own unique personality and is full of fun. You can watch them on their own animated show on Netflix.

New for this Autumn comes to a range of large Lalaloopsy dolls, which for the first time ever have brushable hair. Daisy was sent Spot Splatter Splash who, like her loves all things arts and crafts.

She couldn’t wait to open the box and share some crafty adventures with her new Lalaloopsy.

Daisy set her doll up beside her so she could watch while she coloured her unicorn pencil case in. She happily chatted away to Spot Splatter Splash while she coloured, even getting her new Lalaloopsy companion to hold the coloured pencils.

I absolutely love the little details on this doll, she has gorgeous wipe-clean painters overalls and a lovely pink stripe through her hair. She also comes with the cutest little zebra companion.

Daisy enjoyed brushing the doll’s hair in the middle of colouring.

Daisy was delighted to find a Lalaloopsy notebook in the parcel, she’s as crazy about them as I am. She didn’t hesitate to start filling the pages with doodles. She decided to write a story about Spot Splatter Splash in her new notebook.

I asked Daisy what she liked best about her new Lalaloopsy doll, and she said she loved her hair and clothes. She also liked that the doll loves to paint and draw just like her.

The message behind each of the Lalaloopsy dolls is that everybody is unique with their own different styles and personalities. I think this is an amazing message to teach our kids. It’s something I definitely try to teach Daisy every day.
