Real Handful Snacks {Review}

I recently tried a sample of Real Handful snacks earlier this month at the Blog On MSI conference, I tried Mochaccino and Banoffee mixes which were both delicious so I was delighted when the brand got in touch and asked if I would like to try one of their hand-packed ration boxes and an extra one to offer as a prize to one of my lovely readers.

Real Handful is a healthier impulse snack, they come in a variety of flavours and contain a mix of the best quality dried fruits, whole nuts and seeds with added ingredients like natural flavours, chocolate and yoghurt. Not only are they tasty and delicious they are ideal as an on-the-go snack or an afternoon pick-me-up when you need a little extra fuel.

The ration box I tried contained the following flavours:

Strawberries & Cream – A Summertime blend of juicy strawberry-flavoured raisins, strawberries, cranberries, white chocolate chunks and cashews.

Blood Orange & Dark Chocolate – A fabulous blend of blood orange-flavoured sultanas, orange-flavoured cranberries, dark chocolate and peanuts.

Blueberry Blitz – A vibrant blend of blueberries, blueberry-flavoured cranberries, jumbo flame raisins and whole cashews.

Mixed Berry Crunch – A very berry blend of blueberry yoghurt raisins, strawberries, cranberries and whole Almonds.

My favourite flavour is the Blueberry Blitz the combination of flavours and the chunky cashews taste so delicious, Daisy tried the snacks with me and she loved the Mixed Berry Crunch, especially the blueberry yoghurt raisins, we shared a bag as an afternoon snack as the portions are really generous.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the ingredients, everything tasted as described the dried fruit was so juicy and all the combinations I tried blended so well together.

  1. I would like almost anything that doesn’t include raisins and sultanas. Perhaps something tropical like dried kiwi, pineapple, apple, banana and walnut halves.

  2. I love the old fashioned peanuts & raisins, but also love anything with blueberries and cranberries!

  3. Lots of nuts like walnuts, almonds and pecans and some goji berries and dried blueberries/strawberries

  4. That strawberries and cream one looks close to perfect. If I was making it myself then i would grab hazelnuts, bilberries and milk choc.
