I don’t know about you but I’m always adding things to my Amazon wish list. It’s like window shopping online and it’s also useful for gift ideas. Top of my list at the moment is this Emma Bridgewater Retro DAB Radio , I love listening to music in the kitchen.

I haven’t treated myself to any stationery for a while so I’ve got my eye on a new planner. I like this Wreck This Journal  planner , it looks like lots of fun.

A new addition to my list is a FitBit Alta , Chris recently got one and I secretly think it’s quite cool if not a little faddy.

Look In My Letterbox

A few nice things have arrived for this weeks look in my letterbox. I’ve been so busy the past few weeks that I’ve not had much time to enter competitions. I’m determined to put some dedicated time aside this week to devote to comping, I absolutely love my hobby.

I won this £250 Love2Shop gift card a few weeks ago from Mumsnet and it arrived just in time for the weekend. I’m on a no spend month so it was lovely to be able to treat myself to some lovely things.

I was delighted to win a copy of ‘Blogging Your Way To Riches‘ from Mumsnet Bloggers on Twitter. I’ve had it on my to buy list for a couple of weeks.

I don’t apply for a lot of freebies nowadays but I do love the perfume samples. How cute is it that they wrapped this one up like a sweetie. It smells really nice too.

Nature’s Finest got in touch on Instagram and asked if they could send us a little something. How lovely of them. These pots are a great way to encourage the children to eat more fruit.

Look In My Letterbox

I had absolutely nothing to show you last week. All that arrived were the usual junk mailings. I’ve put myself on a spending ban this month so no online sales shopping for me. Thankfully a few things did arrive this week. Here’s this weeks look in my letterbox.

I love it when prizes arrive for the kids, even better when they are addressed to them personally. It was Jake’s turn this week to get something nice through the letterbox. He won a Milkshake DVD and a Milkshake comic.

I signed Daisy up for the free Lego club a couple of years ago. They send magazines regularly and Daisy is always excited when it arrives. She particularly likes the pull-out posters and the puzzles.

Just before Christmas Sky Store were offering customers a free gift. We got a code for a free buy and keep film so we chose Suicide Squad. I really enjoyed the film even though I hadn’t heard good reviews about it. Sky store were really generous last year with their free promotions I’m hoping they continue the trend this year.

Look In My Letterbox

I missed posting last week with it being Christmas but I’m back this week to share with you. I can’t believe this will be the last look in my letterbox for this year. I’ve had some wonderful prizes, freebies and review products this year. I’m really looking forward to next year being even better.

Prizes I had no idea I had won this gorgeous Breville kettle and toaster until they arrived. The funny thing is that very morning I was thinking about my comping wish list for 2017 and these items were right at the top ! How’s that for manifesting. A microwave is next on my list.

I bet you are all really jealous of this prize, it was an advent win. Well you can never have many frisbees can you.

ReviewDaisy got these new Num Noms to review but we had to keep them under wraps until boxing day. Why not have a read of our review and see what we thought.

PurchasesA new year calls for a new bullet journal. I bought this using my Amazon voucher winnings from the McDonald’s app on Blippar over Christmas. If you are thinking of starting a bullet journal I can’t recommend the Leuchtturm1917 notebooks highly enough.

Look In My Letterbox

I forgot to include one of my prizes in last weeks look in my letterbox so I think I will mention that first. After entering every competition going I won tickets to Winter Wonderland in Manchester. You can read all about our visit in my word of the week post.

Here’s what arrived this week.

PrizesDecember is advent competition season and although I’ve not entered as many as usual I’ve still won a few. I won this In the Night Garden Live calendar in their instant win competition. I won one last year as well so this will be taking it’s place in 2017.I won this cute little hot chocolate stick from the Mint Velvet advent competition.
Jake and Daisy were very happy when this prizes arrived. I won this Teletubbies Tubby Snowball DVD from Confessions from a Crummy Mummy blog.

FreebiesA handy little desk top calendar arrived from Jack Daniels. They often send nice little freebies throughout the year. There are also competitions to enter that are exclusive to mailing list subscribers.

Secret Santa

I took part in two online Secret Santa exchanges this year and they both arrived this week. I jokingly asked for Tom Hardy on my Secret Santa wish list and this beauty arrived. I won’t describe to you my excitement upon opening, I will spare you the details.

Reviews Look out in the new year for a review of these new McVitie’s Digestives To Go. It’s a tough job being sent biscuits to try but someone has to do it.

American Candy Giveaway

It’s time for another giveaway and as the previous American candy prize proved very popular with you lovely readers I thought I would offer you the chance to win another. I’ve chosen a few different items this time, there was such a huge selection and I had to stop myself from adding even more.

Look In My Letterbox

I don’t have much to show you this week but with the two fabulous wins I’ve had this week I really can’t complain. You can read about one of my amazing wins on my Word of the Week post and I will tell you about the other below. Here’s what arrived for this weeks look in my letterbox.

I’ve really enjoyed getting back into reading this year so I’ve been entering competitions for books that look exciting, I won this from a one of the book blogs that I follow it’s been translated and sounds like a gritty read.

The day after my huge win this letter arrived from Real People magazine to say I had won £150 in one of their puzzle competitions, I’m over the moon and can’t wait to buy a few treats with the cheque.

I haven’t reviewed anything on Amazon lately but accepted these bulbs as we are in the process of swapping all our bulbs over to more economical ones.

So that’s all for this week, hopefully I will be back next week with some more lovely things to show you.

Look In My Letterbox

I’m a little late with this weeks look in my letterbox, last week was quite slow for exciting post with just a couple of freebies, one review item and a purchase. I’m hoping it means that this week will be a bumper week as I’ve been applying for lots of freebies and entering lots of competitions.

I applied for this coupon on the Alpro website, it’s still working so make sure you grab one before they all go.

I love this fun set from The Woodland Trust we are going to use it over the Summer, they are still available if you haven’t applied for one yet.

I like to buy the more expensive toiletries in bulk as I find them to be better value, FrugalMrW was in need of some new blades so I ordered this value pack from Amazon for £20.

This lovely box of fresh fruit and vegetables arrived on Saturday morning from Creamline Dairies, look out for a review coming soon.

Have you had anything nice arrive in the post this week ? leave me a comment I love hearing from you.

Look In My Letterbox

It’s been a pretty good week this week, I’ve had freebies, prizes and some purchases arrive so I’ve got lots to show you so lets get on and look in my letterbox.

*Apologies for the quality of the photo’s*

The Weetabix on the go was a SoPost freebie from Twitter, I’ve left the leaflet in the picture incase anyone would like to enter the competition. My advice with the SoPost freebies is to team up with a like minded friend on Twitter and Facebook and send each other one as soon as they pop up.

I spotted this toothpaste freebie on one of the couponing pages I follow on Facebook, I thought they would run out quickly as it’s quite a generous size so I got in fast and ordered mine.

I should have took a picture of this boxes contents as it’s much more exciting than the outside, I won £15 credit for Stampin Up! from a blog competition and I chose this Project Life set, the cards inside are lovely and I will use them in my happy mail.

Daisy won this awesome book from Toppsta, if you have little ones make sure you pop across and enter the competitions for them this is the second book we have won from them and they always have a fantastic selection to choose from.

Another lovely book for the children, this time from a blog competition.

Finally a book for Mummy and it looks a little racy, I applied to review it for the Mumsnet book club, I had a book from them last month which I really enjoyed so I’m looking forward to reading this one.

Jake is getting to the point where he doesn’t like being in his buggy anymore but he runs away from me when I let him out to walk so I’ve compromised by buying this toddler backpack that has a reign attached, so far so good.

We bought this fire stick in the Amazon Prime day sale, we have being debating buying one for a while and the time and price seemed right.

Look In My Letterbox

I’m back again to share with you all the goodies that have arrived in this weeks post, it’s so much nicer to receive little surprises though the letterbox rather than a load of bills and junk mail. I’ve noticed that the amount of freebies to apply for is increasing again and I was gutted to miss out on two fantastic SoPost freebies this week they went so fast which proves that this hobby is becoming more popular this doesn’t deter me it just makes me more determined to try even harder.

Eat Natural do the best freebies, their bars are delicious and I have the perfect spot in the garden to plant the wildflower leaves in Autumn.

Post-it are another generous company for giving away freebies, I love this new range as an avid maker of lists the ruled sticky pages are ideal for me.

This sample came last week but I had managed to bury it at the bottom of a pile of paperwork so I didn’t include it, I love these free samples much better than buying a full size product only to find it doesn’t suit you.

I entered every competition I could find to win tickets to the Foodies Festival at Tatton Park, although I won’t be able to sample as many of the sweet goodies on offer it’s still a great day out for us all.

If you read my Toy Collecting post last week you will know that Daisy loves these little surprise toys, the envelope was addressed to her and she was so excited to open it and find a Finding Dory Squishy Pop inside, don’t forget I have a giveaway running for some collectable toys so make sure you click the link above.

Happy Mail

This lovely letter arrived from one of my pen pals, I can’t tell you how happy these letters make me it’s so nice connecting with people by handwritten word. I think I’m going to look for some more pen pals soon as I have loved writing and receiving happy mail so much.

I’m linking up with Alice Megan for Look In My Letterbox, do stop and by and check out all the other great bloggers who link up.

Have you had anything nice arrive in the post this week, leave me a comment below I love to hear from you.
