Living Arrows 14/52 {2018}

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.

Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.

Jake

Jake has been asking to do things in the afternoons after nursery lately. It makes a nice change from him wanting to veg in front of Pokemon or Paw Patrol. There probably aren’t many afternoons left for us to share before the Summer holidays. Not if the weeks continue to race by like they have been doing lately.

I can already see the signs of transition in nursery. The school is really good at preparing them early for reception class. Until then I’m going to enjoy the time I have one on one with Jake.

Daisy

I had to use this photo of Daisy from a review we did earlier this week. The look on her face is brilliant, it captures the excitement she feels when she opens a surprise toy.

  1. Aw such cuties. Looks lots of fun. It makes me sad to think that once September hits, its only one more year of ‘us time’ before I lose him to full time school. Got to make the most of it x

  2. I love doing activities after school/nursery – as long as I have something planned. Otherwise ours do just end up in front of the TV! x
