“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.
Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.
Jake
Jake had great fun playing connect 4 over the weekend. I’m not sure he quite got the idea but non the less it kept him occupied for ages. He loved filling all the rows up then letting them spill out the bottom.
Bedtime has become a bit of a battle lately, no matter how tired Jake is he just doesn’t want to settle. I’m hoping it’s just a phase, he’s absolutely shattered and so are we. Sleeping with Jake is like sleeping with a bag of elbows as Chris puts it.
Daisy
The only photo’s I have of Daisy this week are the ones I took for a toy review post. I do love this one though, she has such a lovely smile I think.

I love connect 4 it’s one of the most simplest games but with huge enjoyment!

Your children always seem to have such a nice range of interests. Ours get so bored so quickly at home but yours just seem so content x
We were playing connect 4 at the weekend! My two year old was even joining in, much to my 6 year old nephews delight… he had a winning streak haha!
