  1. Brush your teeth, gums, and especially your tongue every day. Use a tongue scraper to remove bacteria and food debris.
    Clean in between your teeth every day. Accumulation of bacteria and food products remaining for prolonged periods of time will not only cause bad breath but will also contribute to inflammation.

  2. Always brush your tounge when brushing your teeth. Use mouth wash , chew gum throughout the day and drink plenty of water.

  3. brush twice a day. mouth wash. dont eat too much garlic and just generally look after your teeth. Oh and visit your dentist regular

  4. I brush my teeth twice a day, use mouthwash twice a day and floss every evening. I also use sugar free minty chewing gum throughout the day.
