  1. my children take chewy vitamin tablets and we try to antibac as much as possible. Unfortunately with me working in a school and eldest at school between us we still pick up lots of germs!

  2. I always cook from scratch (because of allergies but it also maximizes nutrition). When we come in from outdoors all hands are washed.

  3. To be honest the same we do all year, good hygiene, healthy food and spend lots of time outdoors, the only thing I have is a flu jab

  4. Make sure we have healthy meals, with lots of vitamins, drink water to keep hydrated, wash our hands frequently and get exercise outdoors.

  5. Funnily enough, we use a lot of disinfectants on shared surfaces and products to help keep germs at bay. We also eat freshly made soups and salads to optimise our vitamin and mineral intake.

  6. I tend to be a lot more conscious of my diet in the Winter, so try to eat from all the major food groups. I also take a vitamin D supplement to make sure my levels are topped up 🙂

We have lots of homemade fresh meals (but we do in warmer months too, if im honest) we still get out and go to the park, the kids still have their swimming lessons, I guess all we really do is wrap up warmer and take extra care to not let the kids hair stay wet when its cold etc, they are really good with hand hygiene too bless them

  8. we take extra multivitamins and i buy more orange juice and fresh fruit – its a bit cold for salad but we love blueberries and ice cream !
