Look In My Letterbox

I don’t have much to show you this week but with the two fabulous wins I’ve had this week I really can’t complain. You can read about one of my amazing wins on my Word of the Week post and I will tell you about the other below. Here’s what arrived for this weeks look in my letterbox.

I’ve really enjoyed getting back into reading this year so I’ve been entering competitions for books that look exciting, I won this from a one of the book blogs that I follow it’s been translated and sounds like a gritty read.

The day after my huge win this letter arrived from Real People magazine to say I had won £150 in one of their puzzle competitions, I’m over the moon and can’t wait to buy a few treats with the cheque.

I haven’t reviewed anything on Amazon lately but accepted these bulbs as we are in the process of swapping all our bulbs over to more economical ones.

So that’s all for this week, hopefully I will be back next week with some more lovely things to show you.

Look In My Letterbox

I didn’t realise until Tuesday that I hadn’t shared last weeks look in my letterbox. I did get a few nice things in the post so instead of missing a week I’ve combined two weeks into one post.

Last weekend I rekindled my love of comping and I’ve been spending some of my spare time entering for prizes I would really like to win. I’m trying out some different methods and also going back to basics to help me get back into the swing of things again. I have been comping for almost 14 years and I don’t think I will ever give up.

This beautiful book is from the Mumsnet book club. I can’t read it without getting a little teary because the guy who wrote it lost his little boy and wrote the book in his memory.

I won these Aftamath drinks on Instagram, they are giving two cans away every day during August.

How pretty are the colours of these tea samples, they taste delicious too. I think this freebie from Taylors might be my favourite of this year so far.

I never get a huge amount of Tesco clubcard vouchers as we don’t shop their regularly but every little helps as they say.

This awesome neoprene lunchbag from Bibetta arrived for Jake. We have a few picnics planned for the Summer so it arrived at just the right time. Look out for a review coming soon.

This colourful Hartley’s lunch box arrived from Britmums. I will be featuring it soon in a blog post about back to school lunch ideas.

Daisy was very excited when this Minnie Mouse fashion doll arrived for her to review. We have one of the dolls to giveaway so make sure you check out the review and enter for your chance to win.

I’m always looking for things to help us fight some of the symptoms of hayfever so I’m more than happy to review this Serenz allergy relief, so far so good expect a review post soon.

Anybody who follows me on Instagram might have spotted that I regularly post pictures when I find a new fun edition of Carex handwash in the shop. It’s a firm favourite in our house in both the bathroom and the kitchen so I was delighted when Swizzels sent me their Love Hearts collaboration it smells delicious.

This photo does not do this adorable figure justice, I had some fun money to spend so I chose this Rock Candy vinyl collectable I love her colours and the pose she is stood in.

Look In My Letterbox

This week has been nice and steady for post arriving, I’ve had some freebies, one prize and some purchases but I can’t show you those as they are a birthday present so top secret. I’ve been thinking lately about the good old days of comping where nice surprises would arrive every week, I do miss that but I just haven’t had the time I would like to dedicate to entering competitions lately.

This cute little Guerlain freebie arrived from SoPost, the perfume smells lovely.

I got these Johnson’s baby wipes from BzzAgent, I just have to try them and write a review, this is the brand we use for Jake so I already know I like them.

These sample sachets of Kerastase are another SoPost freebie I love trying hair care samples although with having long hair they don’t always go that far.

I cashed out these Argos vouchers from consumer pulse and I’ve already put them to good use buying some Christmas presents.

I think these activity packs from the rspb are brilliant it arrived just in time for the Summer holidays Daisy and I will have fun taking part.

It really was a case of being in the right place at the right time when I won these free meal vouchers from Amy’s kitchen on Twitter, you had to be one of the first five people to retweet and only one other person had, I love their macaroni cheese it’s delicious.

I’m linking up with Alice Megan for Look In My Letterbox.

Have you had anything nice arrive in the post this week ? leave me a comment below I love hearing from you.

Look In My Letterbox

It’s been a very slow week for freebies but an awesome week for prizes arriving through my letterbox , I also bought myself a little treat with some Amazon vouchers I’ve been saving.

These DVD’s arrived just in time for a couple of rainy days, Daisy is still off school for half term and these lovely stories have kept her occupied, I won them from The School Run website.

Staying with the theme of DVD’s I won this gorgeous Beatrix Potter collection in a blog competition, we have already watched a few episodes together.

I won this lovely lot from a competition on Instagram, I don’t enter many competitions on there but I saw that this was quite low entry and I really wanted to try the coconut flour, I think there is another part of this prize arriving separately.

I started keeping a bullet journal in November last year and I’ve almost filled up all the pages, I’m sticking with the Leuchtturm notebooks as I love the numbered pages and the quality of the paper, I had a lavender one last time so I chose this gorgeous Emerald colour, I also bought a pack of ephemera for a stationery swap I’m taking part in.

Have you had anything nice arrive this week ? leave me a comment below I love hearing from you.

As usual I’m linking up with Alice Megan for ‘Look In My Letterbox’ if you like my post be sure to check out the other bloggers taking part in the linky.

Look In My Letterbox

I’m always happy to be back each weekend to share a look in my letterbox with you, even if it has been a slow week, I’m seriously beginning to wonder if my postie has gone part time and they haven’t covered his round, for the last two weeks we’ve only gotten post a couple of times a week.

I’ve been very disciplined this week and not bought anything online, I also haven’t had any prizes arrive but I did get some winning emails so hopefully those wins will arrive next week,

This is my first Bzzz campaign in an absolute age, I kept forgetting to update the surveys on my profile so I think that’s why I was missing out.

I love these little samples from Vichy, their products smell beautiful and feel luxurious, the samples always come with a money off voucher as well.

Since I began reviewing products on Amazon I’ve had a few companies email me directly to review things for them, I only ever accept products that I would definitely use or buy myself, I will let you know what results I get with this and what fun I have trying to use it.

So that’s all for this week, I’m linking up as always with Alice Megan for ‘Look in my Letterbox’.

Have you had anything exciting arrive this week ? leave me a comment below I love hearing from you.

Webster’s Week In Wins 9th-15th December 2013

Hi Folks

It’s been a bumper week here for freebies & prizes, I’m found my courage again to use coupons(more about that later) and have taken full advantage of O2’s generosity with their Priority Moments.

I will start by telling about some coupons for free products which are around at the moment, some are still available & I will include a link.
Alpro Almond Milk have a coupon for a free carton of their original milk, this is still available but be quick.
Nouvelle had coupons for a free pack of loo roll, sadly they have run out now.
Shaken Udder Milkshake have a coupon for a 3 pack of their cartons of milkshake redeemable at Sainsburys.
A bottle of Just Milk’s new Lactose free milk, these have all gone.

I had a problem at Sainsbury’s with the coupons, they told me they don’t accept printed coupons, a quick call revealed they actually do so it was resolved but very embarrassing non the less.

Above are all the goodies from O2 Priority Moments, Chris & I are both have O2 as our mobile phone providers so we can doubly redeem the goodies.

In the picture above you will see a Chalk Mug, this has come from Love Cravendale they are currently giving away some more mugs with quotes on, enter by the 20th December 2013. Also on their Facebook page they have a daily giveaway, even if you don’t win a prize you get a love heart point which you can use to enter prize draws.

Above are my Chocolate goodies from last week Marks & Spencer Pass The Parcel game on Facebook, what’s better than Free Chocolate !

My other goodies included a Rimmel Mascara, a sample of Special K porridge, a prize from the Stella Magazine promotion which I think should have been full size, a California Raisin goodie bag, a Child’s cinema ticket to see Disney’s new film Frozen and some scent samples from Burberry Brit which is still available.

Happy Freebie Hunting & Be Lucky x

Free Sample & Prize Haul

Welcome to my weekly Blog post about all the great freebies and prizes I’ve received each week,
I’ve had quite a nice little haul of goodies this week, you can also find a video every Sunday on my YouTube channel WonderlandFreebies.

Above is a snap-shot of my haul, I love seeing it all together like that.

Survey Sites

I wanted to tell you a little about some of the survey sites I use, I have been a member of many of them for a number of years and in January this year I decided to set myself a little challenge, instead of ignoring the invitations from survey sites I would click on them a they arrived. I did a little research and looked at a few forums with people’s opinions about which sites actually pay out  and are reliable for sending regular surveys.

I didn’t want to overwhelm myself so I chose Valued Opinions and IPSOS to concentrate on fully, I have signed up to more and will write about those at a later date.

I can usually get to the £10 cash-out within a few weeks, I love giving my opinion and learning about new products, it’s also made me think about advertising in a different way which is really interesting.

I also get to test products for them from time to time which is an added bonus. I love saving the vouchers for Christmas or treating myself to a little something without feeling guilty.

I also want to remind you about bzzagent , I’ve had so many fantastic campaigns from them this year, above are some vouchers to get some free pots of Danio yogurt, all they ask in return is that you buzz about the products they send you and complete the little tasks which are easy and enjoyable, you can also earn clubcard points for certain tasks too !

I’ve rambled on enough but just have to tell you about one of prizes this week, I won a case of The Ginger Grouse which is a new alcoholic ginger beer made by The Famous Grouse, I tried it on Friday night and it’s delicious, goes down a little too easy though ! Like them on Facebook for future giveaways Ginger Grouse

Have a lucky week.
