About

Hi, I’m Angela, blogger and content creator here at Adventures In Websterland. I’m a 40 something mum of four and I live in the north-west of England with my husband, our two youngest children Daisy and Jake and our cat, Mo Mo.

After having my daughter in 2011 and realising the cost of childcare would be more than the earnings I gave up my job in retail to become a stay at home mum. I started this blog in 2013 as a way of documenting our adventures as a family and also to share the things I had learned about stretching a budget once we became a single income family.

The blog has evolved over the years and we now share our family adventures, reviews of products and services we love and we also cover a range of family lifestyle topics. See the links below for samples of our previous work:

My husband Chris works hard behind the scenes, he takes care of all the technical bits that come with a blog. Without him and his unwavering support, I never would have come as far as I have with the blog.

As a family we try to live a frugal and thrifty lifestyle, saving money on the necessities so we can enjoy a few luxuries like days out and holidays. We still have lots of fun and I enjoy the challenge of finding a good deal and having a great day out on a tiny budget. I want to help other families like ours to stretch their budgets so they can still have lots of fun experiences as a family.

We have been featured in the following publications:
