Word of the Week-Crisp

I think you will all agree that the mornings have gotten off to a frosty and crisp start this week, we have been a little spoiled lately with higher than usual temperatures so a sudden drop has been more noticeable than usual. I have chosen crisp for this weeks word as it fits it describes my week perfectly.

Crisp morning air, is there anything better than stepping out the front door and inhaling a lungful.

Autumn leaves, what is about crunching through them that’s so therapeutic ?

Clean, I’ve spent this week deep cleaning the downstairs so everything is sparkling and fresh.

Sheets, we have some new bedding to go with our wonderful new bed and thanks to my prize win from Dreams it’s so luxurious.

Crisp new clothes, I treated myself to some new pieces for Autumn with the help of a prize cheque that arrived.

So that’s it just a short one this week, do you like these crisp frosty mornings ? leave me a comment I love hearing from you.

I’m linking up with Jocelyn from The Reading Residence for Word of the Week.

Crisp is a nice word. The mornings are definitely crisp. We’ve been using both fires in the lounge and kitchen (but haven’t switched on central heating yet) since it’s been a bit chilly in the mornings 🙂 #wotw

Oh yes, our mornings have certainly been crisp and we even dug out our gloves because cycling has been sooooo chilly!
Love your crisp list – there’s nothing better than crisp, clean linen. Ohh, perfect for autumn!
Have a lovely week and keep warm!

Ah we’ve not had any frosts yet in London, but I much prefer some crisp autumn mornings to the dank and drizzly ones #wotw
