Natural Ways to Improve Fertility

Choosing to get pregnant and have a baby is a big deal. You should not drink alcohol while pregnant, and you definitely shouldn’t smoke while pregnant. If you are struggling to give up then you need to get some help from your doctor.

4. Start prenatal vitamins. There are specific vitamins that are designed to provide everything that a grown baby needs. They are made with the highest proportions of folic acid, which allows your baby’s neural tube to develop and fuse properly during the second or third weeks of pregnancy.
