Beauty On A Budget

I love beauty products and I’ve been very lucky and have won some fantastic beauty prizes in the past but sometimes I have to buy them too. I always try to stick to a budget and look for deals or money-saving offers when I need to buy beauty products to make sure I never have to pay full price.

There’s no reason why you can’t treat yourself to beauty products even when you are on a tight budget. Here are some ways to can make beauty on a budget more affordable.

Beauty On A Budget

Cashback

Before you buy any beauty products make sure you check cashback websites that you are a member of for offers. Cashback websites usually offer you a generous percentage of cashback from the sale, all you have to do is navigate their click-throughs to get to the retailer’s website.

You will often find generous special offers and rates for first-time customers through these websites too.

Bulk Buy

If there’s a beauty product that you buy regularly then you could look into bulk buying it. I suggest checking places like Amazon for bulk buy deals or looking for offers at drugstores like buy one get one free or 3 for the price of 2 deals.

Samples

If you are going to invest in a pricier beauty product then I highly recommend that you visit a department store and ask to try a sample. Asking for tester samples is also a good way to find new products too, they often a generous size and you can easily get a few good applications out of it.

Thrift Stores & Yard Sales

I’m not suggesting you use second-hand beauty products but you can often find high-end beauty products unused and unopen at thrift stores or yard sales. Lots of people receive gift sets for Christmas or birthdays that contain products they wouldn’t use as the colour or scent doesn’t suit. You can pick up an amazing beauty bargain for a fraction of the cost.

Supermarkets

Don’t automatically shop at drugstores or department stores for your beauty products as supermarkets often carry these lines at a reduced cost. They also have special offers and deals more regularly than other types of stores that sell beauty products.
