“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.
Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.
Jake
In just a few weeks it will be Jake’s 4th birthday. I know everybody says it but it really does feel like just yesterday that he was born. He’s started to play independently a lot more recently which is nice to see. Every morning he asks if he’s going to school even on the weekend. I’m so glad he loves going now, I think he will transition really well to full-time in September.
Daisy
Sunday this week was spent catching up on homework and housework. Daisy loves learning, I don’t think I’ve ever known anyone who asks more questions than she does. She has a test coming up at school where she will have to identify nonsense words and real words. A lot of her homework has been based around that and she’s really enjoying it. Some of the nonsense words make her giggle, she’s even made some of her own up too.

Awww Daisy looks as if she’s concentrating! E seems to adore learning whereas J isn’t so keen lol – must be a girl/ boy thing.
Kids are all so different aren’t they, I’m glad they both like going to school though.
It’s great that they are both so enthusiastic about school, long may that continue for you #livingarrows
Thanks Mary, I am happy that they both like going.
I love Jake sticking his little tongue out – such concentration! Troy is 5 in a couple of weeks and I can’t get over it either, he was born yesterday! Daisy always look so studious x
Time goes way too fast doesn’t it ! they don’t stay little for long x
Love the photo of Jake. They both look deep in concentration. Olivia turns three this week. Tome realt does fly by.
