Living Arrows 28/52 {2018}

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.

Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.

Daisy

The kids have been enjoying lots of water fights in the garden with daddy this week. Sunday morning was the perfect time to cool down, have fun and water the garden at the same time. You can see how much the grass needs it in the background.

I love this cheeky picture of Daisy enjoying the sunshine. She’s usually quite grumpy in the mornings but the sun is improving her mood no end.

Jake

This little boy used to hate getting wet but now he loves it. He’s not been himself lately so it was lovely to see him so happy and excited. Jake loved chasing Daisy round the garden with his beaker full of cold water, nothing better than soaking your sister !

  1. They look like they’re having the best time – a time comes when every child seems to love simple water play! A and T have just discovered the sprinkler and are now pretty obsessed with it! x
