Living Arrows 8/52 {2018}

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.

Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.

Jake

This little boy is looking so grown up nowadays. Some days I have to do a double take as it feels like he was a toddler only moments ago.

At parents evening last week his teacher said his confidence has soared this term. He’s really enjoying nursery now and making lots of little friends. The only thing we need to remind him of is to keep his undies on when he’s getting changed for PE or going to the loo!

Daisy

On Sunday morning we drove to a local little village to visit the tree of imagination. It’s a beautiful carved tree with lots of fairy doors, windows and even a cannon. Daisy was in awe of the little fairly rooms she could spy through the windows. She also found some letters that other little boys and girls had left for the fairies which she though was just wonderful.

  1. I saw your pictures on FB and had my fingers crossed that some of them would be used for Living Arrows this week! Such gorgeous photos – your photography seems to be coming on in leaps and bounds, so beautiful! x

  2. Aww, those trees look fab! Funnily we had the same feedback at Toby’s parents’ evening – apparently he can often be found wandering around the classroom naked when he’s supposed to be getting changed for PE! #LivingArrows
