It’s no secret that we love celebrating Halloween here at the Webster’s, in fact, it’s a month-long event for us and we make the most of it. Viking sent us a box of spooky goodies and challenged us to get creative with some #SpooktacularCrafts for Halloween and makeover our house ready for a fangtastic Halloween!

Viking is one of the largest suppliers of office stationery in the world, selling everything from paperclips to computer desks. Not only can you stock up on office supplies you can also find lots of creative items to get crafty at home with too.

In our box of spooky goodies, we found some things we could make scary masks with, the kids went freestyle on their designs using felts, metallic pens and glitter. They already have their Halloween costumes sorted for this year’s trick or treating adventure, the masks made a frightening addition to their outfits.

Next, we moved on to some spooky stencilling, Jake especially enjoyed this activity. Once he had finished his materpeice we proudly displayed on our Halloween wall in the living room. We always decorate our house for Halloween, usually right from the beginning of October, I love how festive everything looks and the kids love it too.

We have skeletons on the wall, creepy bunting, perfect pumpkins and some fierce skeleton pets dotted all over the house. One of our favourite things to do is to get creative with our pumpkin carving, the kids love to have a go too it’s a real family effort. Our first pumpkin is a fierce one this year with fangs and horns that glow in the dark. We always use carving kits as they are so much easier for the kids to handle.
