“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Kahlil Gibran.
Every Monday for the rest of this year I will share with you two photo’s of my children that celebrate their childhood.
Daisy
It seems like ages since we had a good downpour of rain. As you can see Daisy was very excited when the heavens opened on Saturday. Rain wasn’t going to stop her play.
Jake
When I ask Jake to pose this is just one of the many funny faces I get nowadays. I don’t mind of course, it sums up his personality. He went on a school trip last week where he got to make bath bombs and slime, he’s still chattering away about it now.
There are just six weeks of the school year left which means there are only six more weeks of afternoons together. I will miss him so much in September.

That sounds like a fab school trip – also, I love this week’s photos x
I love the faces my nephew makes when I take photos of him. I wouldn’t have it any other way. As you say, it sums up his personality 🙂
love the face! we still need a really good downpour here. #livingarrows
I wish we’d had some rain recently, my allotment could really do with it! #LivingArrows
Both these photos crack me up! I love that joy of being our in a rain shower and Jake’s face is a picture! x
