This week saw the start of the madness that is Advent competitions, I think there is more this year than I have ever seen before! Some competitions run right up until Christmas but some just run for 12 days.
I was lucky enough to win a few prizes on the Marks & Spencer Pass The Parcel game on Facebook, I have to go to the store to pick up a few Bubbly Chocolate Santa’s and some Walnut Whips, I also won some boys gloves which have already arrived, sadly all the parcels have run out but it was great fun while it lasted.
I got a few little freebies in the post this week, the goody bag was a lucky dip draw from Come Round who I have mentioned before, I had my fantastic Ironing party thanks to them, well worth signing up for future events.
I got a small tube of Redermic Anti-Wrinkle Cream from La Roche Posay they had 20,000 samples to giveaway which were all snapped up really quickly, it also came with a £2 coupon which can be redeemed in Boots.
I signed up for the John Lewis Loyalty Card a few weeks ago, the card is completely free and with it you get vouchers from December- May 2014 for a free hot drink & a slice of cake, the other bonus is that there are competitions in the newsletter which are just for members, usually meaning lower entry.
