Inflata Nation Cheshire {Review}

Disclosure: This post is a review in collaboration with Inflata Nation, our visit was complimentary, please see our disclosure policy for more information.

Inflata Nation recently invited us to try out their inflatable theme park in Cheshire, it sounded like the perfect way for us to burn some energy off and have some fun. The inflatable theme park offers something for the whole family including a climbing wall, an assault course, two extreme drop slides and lots more. Inflata Nation currently has six locations across the UK with many more planned.

Booking Your Slot At Inflata Nation

We booked our slot online which was really easy to do, you simply choose your location, enter the age of the bouncers then you are presented with time slot options. You get a one-hour slot to bounce which is more than enough to have a go on everything twice over.

Before you bounce you have to fill in a waiver form for each person bouncing, you can do this at home or at the venue itself.

Arriving At Inflata Nation

We arrived 30 minutes before our time slot for a safety briefing as recommended. Upon arrival, we gave our booking reference and handed over our waiver forms. We were given wristbands to wear and told to wait in the seating area until our safety briefing. As we hadn’t visited before I did expect a little more information, like where to put our shoes and where the lockers were located.

The safety briefing was in the form of a video, there are also lots of safety signs around the building to explain the rules. The venue has cubby holes where you can leave your shoes and lockers (there’s a charge for these) where you can leave bags and valuables.

Time To Bounce At Inflata Nation

It was soon our time to bounce, the kids were so excited. We were amazed at the size of the inflatables it’s definitely been designed for adults and kids alike. The kids made a beeline for the slides. They started with the smaller slides before braving the extreme drop slides.

Next, it was on to the assault course, which has two lanes so the kids could race against each other which they loved. They also found some basketball nets and challenged each other to slam dunks.

The kids bounced around from one activity to another, their particular favourites included the Inflata Pillow, the Inflata Walls and the Inflata Drop where you slide down and land in a huge ball pit.

You certainly get a good workout using the inflatables, it’s a brilliant way to get the whole family active. It does get very warm so I recommend wearing light clothing. We wore leggings and a t-shirt although Inflata Nation recommends you wear long sleeves.

During our one-hour slot, the kids got to go on everything they wanted to many times over. We visited on a Sunday morning so it probably wasn’t as busy as it does get during peak times.

Once your hour slot is over a tannoy announcement lets you know it’s time to stop bouncing. There is a cafe serving drinks and hot and cold food, we packed our own snacks to have in the car afterwards so didn’t use this facility on this occasion. I did look at the menu and there was a really good selection of options to suit all budgets.

We really enjoyed our time at Inflata Nation and the kids have already been asking to go back in the summer holidays. I think next time we will leave them to the bouncing and we will watch from the viewing area, all that bouncing is hard work!
