This week I needed to take a trip to Tesco to use the coupons from my BzzAgent kits so I could complete some of the tasks. I decided to combine some other coupons that I had and turn it into a coupon shopping trip.

A Coupon Shopping Trip

I didn’t end up using all my coupons on this trip but I gave it a good try. The J20 drinks would have cost only £1.14 after the coupon discount as they are on offer in Tesco for £2.14 at the moment. Unfortunately, as I had walked there with the pram which doesn’t have a great deal of room to store shopping underneath so I decided to use it at a later date. I also couldn’t find the new Oasis drink I have a voucher for so I will keep looking.

As well as going to Tesco I called at my local co-op on the way home to get some Clover spread and pork pies, I had £1 coupon and the Clover is on offer for £1.10 and the pork pies are on offer for £1 so my total bill came to 10p after coupons. That’s the kind of price I love to pay.

The total cost of my little haul from both stores was just 70p, which is a fantastic saving and we won’t need to buy any spread for ages. As an added bonus the pork pies have an on-pack prize promotion, I have my fingers crossed for a nice win from them.
