Last month I attended Blog On which is a wonderful conference for bloggers held in the North West. There was a chance to interact and talk to brands. One brand caught my eye in particular because they had on display the new Disney Princess Belle Musical Tea Party Cart.

I couldn’t resist having a little play with the cart and also gazing adoringly at it (yes I’m a Disney nerd). I knew that it would be something that Daisy would absolutely love so when we were offered one to review I jumped at the chance.

Tea parties and Disney Princesses are extremely popular at our house so you can imagine the level of excitement when Daisy realised she could combine her love of both.

The Disney Princess Belle Musical Tea Party Cart has been inspired by Disney’s Beauty & The Beast movie. It comes with a cart you can roll along, a Mrs Potts teapot with a removable lid, a Chip tea cup, a plain tea cup, two teaspoons and a party invitation.img_2360

The rose-shaped button on the side of the cart plays the popular song from the movie ‘Be Our Guest. When you roll the cart Mrs Potts and the tea cups spin around in time to the music. You can stop the music at any time by pressing the button again. There is a switch to turn this function off completely on the underside of the tray.

Daisy has had so much fun hosting tea parties and singing along with the tea cart. We have all been treated to endless cups of tea and biscuits. I’ve promised Daisy that our family movie this weekend will be Beauty & The Beast so she can watch the characters come to life and listen to the full version of ‘Be Our Guest’.img_2378

I asked Daisy what her favourite thing was about the cart and she told me she liked the music. She and that she can make cups of tea for Mummy, Daddy and Jake.

I particularly liked the stickers and detail on the cart which depicts scenes from the Disney movie. The pastel pink and yellow shades complement each other perfectly and make the cart look super pretty.

I think the cart would make a wonderful birthday or Christmas present for any Disney Princess fan. It’s fantastic for encouraging role-play and imagination.

The cart is suitable for ages 3+ and requires adult assembly and 3 AA batteries (which are supplied). You can buy the Disney Princess Belle Musical Tea Cart from all good toy retailers.

  1. This looks so lovely! Santa had finished buying everything (as of five minutes ago) and now I’m not so sure. Haha!

Esme absolutely loves playing with tea cups and pots. She would be delighted with this! We almost banned her from playing with hers the other day though, because she put her little finger down the spout of the tea pot and it got stuck.

She was fine, but she decided to scream the house down in panic for the whole five seconds it was stuck on her finger! Haha!

  2. I’ve yet to introduce my babies to Disney but I’m sure they would love this. My eldest already plays with a tea pot and loves playing it’s music. #TuesdayTreasures
